Complex supports are delivered in-house under clinical supervision, and every support worker has a registered nurse to escalate to the same day. That is the difference between a provider that manages complex care and one that refers it elsewhere.

Common questions about our NDIS supports
Do I need to be with a registered provider?
It depends how your plan is managed. If you are plan-managed or self-managed you can choose any provider, registered or not. If the NDIA manages your plan, you have to use a registered provider. Vivid Support is working through registration now; until it is confirmed we work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. Contact us to confirm.
Which areas do you cover?
Blacktown and the surrounding suburbs, including Glendenning, Mount Druitt, Rooty Hill, Doonside, Quakers Hill, Marayong, Plumpton, Dean Park, Hassall Grove, Oakhurst and Seven Hills. We also travel to Silverdale and parts of North West Sydney.
Can you take high intensity supports?
Yes. Clinical governance sits with a Registered Nurse, so complex bowel care, enteral feeding, diabetes management, seizure support, catheter care and complex wound care are delivered with clinical oversight in-house.
How quickly can supports start?
For in-home supports, usually within a week of agreeing the schedule. For a place in the Glendenning home, we would meet you, arrange a look through, and work out whether the household is a good fit before anyone commits.
What does it cost?
Supports are charged at the NDIS price limits for the relevant line item, so you are not paying a premium to us over any other provider. What changes the number is the hours, the time of day and the ratio, and we will put that in writing before we start.
